Sheila is the core female unit of the Blue Team of Blood Gulch besides Texas (sorry, Sister, but Sheila was there first.) She acts as both a partner and semi-combatant go-to gal/tank/thing when the Blue Team gets into shit and needs help getting out of shit (which is, like, damn often). She is kind, helpful, and always calm in the face of dangers, mainly due to her programmed consistent tone of voice which can border on sardonic with the correct phrase of words.

She has a very caring nature, as seen when she comforts Private Caboose and Private First Class Simmons when they show emotional depression. But she's also a little vindictive, especially with Private Church, who she enjoys injuring very much to the point of utter delight (mostly because he is an ass and usually has it coming anyways). She's also a touch of rude, as when she repeatedly calls Private Tucker "retard", and openly insults the Red Team with imaginative name-calling inspired by what she's heard from being around the Blue Team for so long.

Sheila has a slight inferiority issue due to having been constructed as a military vehicle by the lowest bidder in the automotive industry when she was assembled in Mexico. Unlike most of her fellow AIs, Sheila does not possess any of the fancy features that most other AIs possess. For example, she could never leave the tank's computer interface until she was moved to a very similar interface in a military ship.

Sheila also exhibits a very human-like feeling of jealousy, as when the Blue Team relies on other AIs and vehicles besides herself, such as the warthogs that Church collects from the Red Team, causing Sheila to assume that Church is taking advantage of her help. Also inadvertently causing Sheila to be particularly offensive towards Blue Team and their attempts to mollify her -- except for Caboose, who Sheila considers to be of significant importance on an entirely different scale from his teammates.

She is also protective of people who hold significant importance to her, such as Simmons, Caboose, and on occasion, Texas. When Church decides to mess with Simmons' head, Sheila expresses distaste, but as Church is defacto leader to the Blue Team, she lets his crassness slide (unless he really irks Sheila, then she threatens him with injury in the form of shooting him and/or running him over repeatedly).

Besides the Red Team's robotic AI, Lopez (who Sheila shared a brief mutual attraction with before he was repeatedly stolen by various parties), Caboose is the only other person who Sheila really confides in when she suspects something has gone array (which is, again, quite often.) When she was feeling like she was being taken for granted by the Blue Team, and repeatedly shot at anyone who attempted to directly touch her interface, Caboose was the only team member she didn't attack, and even spoke amiably with Caboose before Texas snuck behind Sheila and turned off the interface.
